With more than 30 years of experience in the Energy, Oil & Gas, and Petrochemical industries, he possesses extensive expertise in Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) engineering, covering engineering design, operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and asset lifecycle management. He has successfully led and supported numerous greenfield and brownfield projects, providing technical leadership in electrical system design, equipment selection, power system studies, control and instrumentation engineering, facility upgrades, and operational optimization.

As Associate Director, he plays a key role in strengthening MECIP's Electrical & Instrumentation capabilities, mentoring engineering teams, and supporting the delivery of high-quality engineering services to clients across the Energy, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Industrial sectors.

Throughout her career, she has developed extensive expertise in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, cash flow management, corporate reporting, risk management, and regulatory compliance. He works closely with engineering teams to leverage innovative digital solutions that improve project execution efficiency, engineering quality, and data-driven decision-making.

She is responsible for overseeing project planning, scheduling, cost control, progress monitoring, resource management, and proposal management to ensure successful project execution and business growth. Her expertise encompasses project controls, contract administration, tender management, commercial evaluation, risk assessment, and strategic bid development, enabling MECIP to deliver competitive and high-quality solutions to clients.
