MECIP provided Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineering Consultancy services for the proposed development of 100 units of affordable terrace houses and associated works on Government Land at Kampung Tempinis, Mukim Kerandang, District of Besut, Terengganu Darul Iman.

The development forms part of the provision of affordable residential housing to support the housing needs of the local community. With a project value of approximately RM13.9 million, the development comprises 100 terrace housing units together with the necessary supporting infrastructure and building services.

As the M&E Engineering Consultant, MECIP was responsible for the planning, engineering design and technical coordination of the mechanical and electrical building services for the residential development. The M&E design was coordinated with the architectural, civil and structural requirements to ensure that the proposed systems were practical, functional and compliant with relevant technical requirements.

MECIP’s involvement in this project demonstrates its capability in providing M&E engineering consultancy services for affordable housing and residential developments, with emphasis on coordinated design, technical compliance and efficient building services solutions.
