MECIP is appointed as the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineering Consultant for the proposed residential development at Seberang Paka, Mukim Kuala Paka, District of Dungun, Terengganu Darul Iman.

The development comprises 14 units of single-storey Type A bungalow houses located on Lots 8440 (PM2355) to 8453 (PM2304), and 9 units of single-storey Type B bungalow houses located on Lots 8431 (PM2287) to 8439 (PM2295), together with associated works.

As the M&E Engineering Consultant, MECIP provides professional engineering consultancy services covering the planning, design, technical coordination and engineering aspects of the mechanical and electrical building services for the development. MECIP works closely with the client, architectural and engineering consultants, and other project stakeholders to ensure that the M&E design is properly integrated with the overall development.

The project demonstrates MECIP’s capability in providing M&E engineering consultancy services for residential developments, with a focus on practical engineering design, technical compliance, coordination and effective integration of building services with the architectural and structural requirements of the development.
