Cadangan Membina dan Menyiapkan Satu (1) Unit Stesen Minyak dan Komponen-Komponennya di Mukim Bukit Payung, Daerah Marang, Terengganu

MECIP provided Civil & Structural (C&S) and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineering Consultancy services for the proposed development of one (1) unit petrol station and its associated components on Lot PT 24966 (H.S.M. 15084), Mukim Bukit Payung, District of Marang, Terengganu Darul Iman, for MFI Filling Station & Services.

The development involved the planning and construction of a complete petrol station facility together with its supporting infrastructure and associated components. As the engineering consultant, MECIP provided multidisciplinary C&S and M&E engineering design and technical consultancy services, ensuring that the engineering requirements were properly coordinated with the overall development.

MECIP’s C&S involvement covered the relevant civil and structural engineering requirements, while the M&E consultancy addressed the mechanical and electrical building services and associated systems required for the operation of the facility.

The project demonstrates MECIP’s ability to provide integrated multidisciplinary engineering consultancy services for commercial developments, particularly facilities requiring close coordination between civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering disciplines.
