MECIP provided Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineering Consultancy services for the proposed development of Tembesu Integrated Residential & Commercial Centre (TIRCC), Phase I – Two-Storey Terrace Houses, located on Lot 29229 (PM 6157), Banggol Air Lilih, Mukim Kuala Nerus, Kuala Nerus, Terengganu.

The development forms part of the integrated residential and commercial development at Tembesu, with Phase I comprising two-storey terrace houses designed to provide modern and functional residential accommodation within a planned development environment.

As the M&E Engineering Consultant, MECIP was responsible for the planning, engineering design and technical coordination of the mechanical and electrical building services for the residential development. The M&E design was coordinated with the architectural, civil and structural components to ensure effective integration of the building services with the overall development.

The project provided MECIP with experience in delivering M&E engineering consultancy services for medium-scale residential developments, requiring careful coordination of building services across multiple residential units and associated infrastructure.
